INTODUCTION: In today's society, individuals often prioritize their personal needs and

desires over the wellbeing of the environment. This ego-driven mindset perpetuates a culture of

excessive consumption, waste, and disregard for the consequences of our actions. However,

adopting an ecological perspective – one that considers the Earth's ecosystems and the welfare

explore the idea Eco rather than Ego and its vital importance for the environment and
